Cancellations

We require notice 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service charge as the cancellation fee.

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the service fee.

Rescheduling

To avoid fees or forfeit of deposit, any rescheduling must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred time based on availability. Fees For Rescheduling are as followed. Deposits for appointments will be forfeited if rescheduled outside of 48 hour window. Reschedules made the day of are equivalent to same day cancellations.

All appointments booked require a deposit. All deposits are applied to your total service cost. If a deposit is not made your appointment is not secure. A deposit is valid for up to 2 rescheduled appointments, after that your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be needed. Deposits are non-refundable.

• Please be on time for your appointment. Showing up late cuts into your service time. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their appointment will result in their appt being cancelled and a same day cancellation fee of 50% of their booked service.

• For the safety and well being of each client, please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or sick. IF you arrive to your appointment sick/ unwell/ or have any symptoms that appear to be contagious your service will be cancelled and a 100% service fee will apply.

There are several parking lots located in downtown Middletown near our studio. Two public parking lots are located on orchard st directly across from one another. Another parking lot is located on union st and James st. There is also ample street parking on north st and orchard st.
